How I’m doing it

For those who do not know me, or have not checked out my About Me, I’m an ACSM certified personal trainer and this is a plan that I have custom made for myself. I have come up with a specialized diet that will allow me to lose weight while gaining muscular strength. I am limited to 2500 calories on on-days and 2000 calories on off-days. I workout five days a week, Monday through Friday. My workouts consist of morning cardiovascular exercise for 30 minutes, mid-day weight lifting for 90-120 minutes, and night cardiovascular exercise for 30 minutes. Before each exercise that I do, I stretch the appropriate muscles to reduce my chance of injury while increasing my flexibility.
