Personal Strength/Cutting Plan

For the past four months I have been on a bulking program and it has been great for the most part. While my on-day diet for the bulking program was superb, my off-day has been horrible and I have gained more fat than I am comfortable with. On June 11th I started my hybrid strength/cutting program. The program will last for eight weeks and I will record my progress on this blog. I will make daily posts recapping my workouts and diet, weekly posts recapping the entire week, and every two weeks I will take a new set of photos to show the gradual progress I have made. My goal is to significantly reduce my body fat percentage while increasing my muscular strength.
