¨Your body produces essentially everything you need for living, and any regular diet will provide the body with everything that it does not produce on it’s own. With that said, the body is generally not capable of producing everything one needs to gain significant muscle mass in relatively short amounts of time, a structured diet/supplement plan will provide the rest and pick up the slack. Truth be told, supplements are not necessary at all, but if you want to get everything your body needs for bulking, without having the craziest of diets, supplements are the way to go. The supplements I provide are recommended supplements, and are by no means the only ones that you can take, but I have researched them and the ones I pick will be a healthy medium between effectiveness in the gym and price. If cost is an issue then just follow the diet and ignore the supplements, you will still have great gains, but it will be measurably slower.
