Macronutrients

These are the large nutrients that you consume everyday. They are the fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. The amount of each macronutrient you consume is crucial to this diet, have too much fat and your body fat percentage will go up, have too little protein and your gains will be limited. In the following pages,  I will give a brief run-down of each macronutrient, explain their importance in the context of bulking, and establish a formula to determine your personal needs for each macronutrient.
